随着美国特朗普政府再次退出《巴黎协定》,全球气候治理面临挑战。“全球南方”国家在全球气候治理中的作用日益凸显。中国与巴西作为全球南方国家的重要成员,加强气候治理领域的合作具有重要意义。本文以环境保护相关理论为视角,回顾了巴西环境保护政策的变化历程,及其在亚马孙雨林保护方面的经验和价值,探讨了这些经验对中国在应对温室气体排放、保护自然资源、参与全球气候治理等方面的启示。同时,也分析了中巴两国在环境保护、绿色发展领域的交流与合作,以期进一步推动两国在该领域合作,并为全球南方国家在气候治理中合作提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract：With the Trump administration ' s withdrawal from the Paris Agreement, global climate governance faces challenges. The role of the Global South in global climate governance is becoming increasingly prominent. As key members of the Global South, China and Brazil's strengthening cooperation in climate governance is of great significance. This paper, drawing on relevant environmental protection theories, reviews the evolution of Brazil's environmental protection policies, its experience and value in protecting the Amazon rainforest, and explores the implications of these experiences for China in addressing greenhouse gas emissions, protecting natural resources, and participating in global climate governance. It also analyzes exchanges and cooperation between China and Brazil in the fields of environmental protection and green development, with the goal of further promoting cooperation in this area and providing reference and lessons for cooperation in climate governance among countries in the Global South.
